Description Description

A beautiful musical design is the inspiration for this magical Queensland boulder opal pendant. Featuring 2 multicolour opals and enhanced by two diamonds set in an 18k gold swirl.

Each piece has been cut and polished to enhance its individual shape and colour.

Opal found at Big Red Mine near Winton, Western Queensland, Australia.

Details: Handmade item. 2 Natural boulder opals 7 carats total. Set with 2 x 0.2 carat white diamonds. Pendant set in 18K gold. Total weight 8 grams.

Every hand-crafted piece is as unique as the pieces of opal they are created around to create eye-catching, impressive mini works of art. All opal in the Collection are excavated from our family opal mine, Big Red, located in Western Queensland.

The opals and the gemstones are directly sourced in the rough and cut by Ross Chapman, Fellow and Lecturer of the Gemmological Association. He is also the father of Annie, founder of Cara Cashmere. Hence, the jewellery is of the highest quality and offers excellent pricing as there is no middleman.

This opal pendant is a solid, natural opal and will not be affected by water.

Moisturisers and body creams will not damage your opal jewellery, but a build-up of these products may reduce its shine.

Avoid abrasives or hard knocks as this could possibly damage your opal jewellery.

To clean, use a soft cloth or toothbrush with a mild detergent and warm water.

Very Unique Beautiful Earrings

I feel very lucky to have a piece of Cara’s unique handmade Australian jewellery. The boulder opal is stunning. Shines beautifully in different lights. A lovely piece of mother nature. Great size sapphires too. Earring backs are the prettiest design I’ve seen & a bigger size. Gave a 4 star instead of 5 star only because the earring posts are quite long & I prefer standard length.
