RETURNS:

Returns and/or Exchanges are FREE.

We hope you will be delighted with your goods, but if you are not, we will refund or exchange the garment for you provided the garment is unworn, in its original condition and returned within 30 days of receipt. 

Please email us at love@caracashmere.com.au to advise us you are returning the garment and if you would like a refund or exchange for another garment. We will arrange a return postage label so the item can be returned to us when able. We will send you an email once we receive the returned garment and aim to process your return within 2 business days of receipt.  

In the case of an exchange, if the garment is in stock we will dispatch it within 2 business days of receiving the returned garment. If we do not have it in stock, but it will be arriving into stock shortly, we will notify you and you can decide whether you wish to wait or receive a refund.  If there is a difference in price between the returned garment and the garment you wish to exchange for, we will contact you to organise payment.

All refunds are processed by the same method that you paid us.

FAULTY GOODS

All garments are checked by us before preparing your order for packing. In the unlikely event that the garment is faulty on arrival, incorrect or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately on receipt of goods. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement, we will refund your cost of the item.

Ethically-Sourced Cashmere from family goat farms in inner Mongolia

While founding Cara Cashmere, it was important to us to find garments that we not only loved from the first feel, but knew where they came from, how they were made and how they would wear over time.

It took a months of talks and many samples to find a partner who we felt took care over their product; from the grass roots through to the final article delivered to the customer.

Our mission is to supply high quality and ethically sourced cashmere clothing for an accessible price. Cara means ‘beloved’ in Latin and this is how we feel about our product.

Warning: this review is from someone who just bought their 4th wrap/scarf from this addictive company. It is such great quality. It doesn't stretch out of shape (like other brands). I'd describe the colour as a deep blood red with a touch of blue shade - which I knew from messaging with Annie and her video on social media. I just love this colour and am glad it's not a traditional burgundy because for all my love of deep red, I hate burgundy. Such great quality and value for money. Mwah.

What can I say other than beautiful. Soft, cosy and it wraps around you like a dream. The rich jewel like colour goes with jeans or black pants. This colour will not match everything in your wardrobe, so make it the star attraction.
