We deliver within Australia and internationally through Australia Post.
There is a delay of up to 3 days in some areas due to Covid lockdown, but we are still sending as per usual and deliveries are arriving, albeit taking a bit longer.
If you're ordering for a specific event or time, we recommend sending by Express as these parcels have priority in being delivered.
Delivery within Australia and New Zealand is FREE for standard tracked post OR
$5 Flat Rate for Express Tracked Postage if delivery is required sooner.
$15 Flat Rate for International Standard Tracked Postage.
Once your order is complete, shipping information and a unique tracking code will be emailed enabling our customers to track the progress of their delivery. You can track this by typing the shipment reference number into the search box

All delivery charges do not include possible taxes or duties which may be applied by customs. Any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We hope you will be delighted with your goods, but if you are not, we will refund or exchange the garment for you provided the garment is unworn, in its original condition and returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us you are returning the garment and if you would like a refund or exchange for another garment. We will arrange a return postage label so the item can be returned to us when able. We will send you an email once we receive the returned garment and aim to process your return within 2 business days of receipt.
In the case of an exchange, if the garment is in stock we will dispatch it within 2 business days of receiving the returned garment. If we do not have it in stock, but it will be arriving into stock shortly, we will notify you and you can decide whether you wish to wait or receive a refund. If there is a difference in price between the returned garment and the garment you wish to exchange for, we will contact you to organise payment.
All refunds are processed by the same method that you paid us.
All garments are checked by us before preparing your order for packing. In the unlikely event that the garment is faulty on arrival, incorrect or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately on receipt of goods. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement, we will refund your cost of the item.
