Shipping and Returns Policy

Delivery

We deliver within Australia and internationally.

All orders within Australia are shipped FREE.

Orders shipped internationally incur the following shipping charges:

Zone 1 - New Zealand $10 per parcel per 500g.
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific $12 per parcel per 500g.
Zone 3 – Rest of World $20 per parcel per 500g.

Our delivery partner is Sendle - they are Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service.

Once your order is complete, shipping information and a unique tracking code will be emailed enabling our customers to track the progress of their delivery. You can track this by typing the shipment reference number into the https://try.sendle.com/tracking.

Goods Subject to Import Duty & GST
All delivery charges do not include possible taxes or duties which may be applied by customs. Any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 
Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your goods, but if you are not, we will refund or exchange the garment for you provided the garment is unworn, in its original condition and returned within 30 days of receipt. 

Please email us on love@caracashmere.com.au to advise us you are returning the garment and if you would like a refund or exchange for another more garment - then simply post your items back to us.  We will send you an email once we receive the returned garment and aim to process your return within 2 business days of receipt.  

In the case of an exchange, if the garment is in stock we will dispatch it within 2 business days of receiving the returned garment. If we do not have it in stock, but it will be arriving into stock shortly, we will notify you and you can decide whether you wish to wait or receive a refund.  If there is a difference in price between the returned garment and the garment you wish to exchange for, we will contact you to organise for payment.

Please note you are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning an item. 

All refunds are processed by the same method that you paid us.

Faulty Goods

All garments are checked by us before preparing your order for packing. In the unlikely event that the garment is faulty on arrival, incorrect or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately on receipt of goods. We will refund you the cost of the return postage. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement, we will refund your cost of the item.
